Cristalle Madray, MPH, PA-C

Cristalle Madray MPH, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in women’s health, public health, and community-centered care. Born and raised in Southern Maryland, she earned her BA in Global Public Health and Bioethics at the University of Virginia, where she also completed her Master of Public Health through the School of Medicine.

During her time at UVA, she developed a passion for maternal and child health, health equity, and understanding the social determinants of health. Before pursuing a career as a PA, she returned to her hometown and served as a Community Health Specialist for the University of Maryland Medical System. Her research on maternal health has since been published in multiple manuscripts, presented at the American Public Health Association conference, and used as the foundation for a public webinar. With her calming presence and whole-patient approach, Cristalle is dedicated to integrating public health principles with clinical medicine and is committed to advancing equitable, compassionate care for all.
