Letycia B. Pastrana

Letycia Pastrana brings more than 17 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, management, and organizational development. She has provided strategic and technical capacity-building support to educate and mobilize regional nonprofit leaders, fostering collaboration with state and local governments as well as cross-sector partners to achieve shared community goals. She has extensive experience in resource development, including cultivating partnerships, securing funding, and strengthening organizational sustainability through strategic fundraising initiatives.

A dynamic servant leader, Letycia’s high-energy style, combined with her diverse life experiences, makes her a natural catalyst for positive change. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, capacity building, leadership and organizational management, partnership and board development, program evaluation, and the management of multicultural teams and projects.

Deeply committed to community service, Letycia has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations offering youth leadership initiatives. She actively mentors adolescent girls, engaging them in civic service, leadership development, and the pursuit of lifelong learning. She has also been involved in Hispanic civic and community projects in the Metro Washington D.C. area, contributing to positive community engagement in D.C., Maryland, Virginia and beyond.

Letycia holds a B.A. in Health Science from California State University and completed graduate coursework in Leadership Education at Arizona State University. She is also a proud graduate of Leadership Gwinnett, in Atlanta, Georgia.
